Dr. Bormann was born and raised in Michigan City area. He graduated from Elston High School in 1985 and Valparaiso University with a B.S. in 1989. He attended Loyola University School of Dentistry where he was a Clinical Honors Student and graduated in the top 20 of his class. After graduating in 1992, he joined practice with his father, Dr Donald I. Bormann. He currently serves his country as a Dental Officer in the Air National Guard as a Lieutenant Colonel and previously served in the U.S. Naval Reserves for 19 years.
June 2024 will mark Dr. Bormann's 32nd year practicing in Michigan City.
